Return Policy

There are no returns on purchased items unless it has been damaged. We must be notified immediately upon damaged delivery. You may be required to produce images of the damaged item.

Most orders ship within 2 weeks. Some items such as large canvases and framed prints require an additional week to ship. If there is any foreseen delay in shipping you will be notified via email. If damage occurs, please contact info@cordeliaanne.com and we will assist you with the issue. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
